Austin tech firms dominate Deloitte Fast 500 in Texas

Austin companies accounted for nearly half of Texas’ entries on a new ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing technology firms, underscoring the city’s standing as the state’s tech leader.

Texas placed 25 companies on 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, which recognizes the 500 fastest-growing technology and life sciences companies in North America. Twelve of those firms are based in Austin, more than any other Texas city, emphasizing the region’s outsized role in the state’s innovation economy.

For the past three decades, Deloitte has ranked public and private technology and life sciences companies with at least $5 million in operating revenue and a minimum of four years in business. Rankings are determined by three-year revenue growth.

Beyond Austin, eight companies on this year’s list are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, three are in Houston and two are in San Antonio.

Here are the Texas companies that made the list.

JobTread is a construction and project management software company based in Dallas. The company saw an 11,944% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024 to rank sixth overall on Deloitte’s list.

Razormetrics is a life sciences technology company based in Austin. The company has creates software designed to help health care providers reduce the cost of prescriptions. The company had a 9,073% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024.

Action1 is a cybersecurity software company based in Houston focused on patch management. The company posted a 7,265% revenue growth rate from 2021 and 2024.

Closingclock is an Austin-based software company that focuses on fraud prevent in the real estate industry. The company had a 2,751% three-year revenue growth rate. 

SafeRide is life sciences technology company that acts as a non-emergent broker of medical transportation. The San Antonio-based company had a 1,116% three-year revenue growth rate. 

Cart.com is an e-commerce and logistics software company based in Houston. The company posted a 1,053% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024.

Archer Review is a software and services company based in Austin that provides exam and study materials for medical and nursing students. The company saw a 877% revenue growth rate between 2024 and 2021. 

Highlevel is a Dallas-based text messaging and and automation platform developer. The company posted a 781% revenue growth rate between 2024 and 2021. 

Skimmer is an Austin-based pool service software company. It saw a 500% revenue growth rate between 2024 and 2021. 

Interplay Learning is an artificial intelligence company that creates hands-on trade workforce training. The Austin-based company had a 470% revenue growth rate between 2024 and 2021. 

Aligned Data Centers is a data center developer based in Plano. The company posted a 465% revenue growth rate from 2024 and 2021. 

NinjaOne is a software and cybersecurity company based in Austin. The company saw a 387% revenue growth rate from 2024 and 2021. 

Kickfin is an Austin-based company that provides management software for restaurants. It had a 369% three-year revenue growth rate.

Qualizeal is an AI digital engineering software company based in Irving. The company saw a 311% three-year revenue growth rate. 

Sanara MedTech Inc. is a medical equipment manufacturer and technology company based in Fort Worth. The company posted a 259% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024.

CrowdStrike is a cybersecurity company headquartered in Austin. The company saw a 249% three-year revenue growth rate. 

Tellihealth is a Houston-based life sciences company that provides remote patient-care monitoring systems. The company had a 244% three-year revenue growth rate.

Valor is a Fort Worth-based technology advisory firm that posted a 225% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024.

Overhaul is an in-transit risk management software company based in Austin. It saw a 224% revenue growth-rate between 2021 and 2024.

Cariloop, based in Richardson, is a software and services company that offers support for caregivers. The company posted a 210% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2024.

Natera is a DNA-testing technology company based in Austin. It saw a 171% three-year revenue growth rate. 

Qentelli, which had a 154% three-year revenue growth rate, is a company based in Dallas that offers software engineering and development services. 

SpyCloud is a cybersecurity company based in Austin. It saw a 152% three-year revenue growth rate. 

VORAGO is an electronics manufacturers that developers microcontrollers and microprocessors. The company, which is based in Austin, had a 145% revenue growth rate from 2021 and 2024.

Stirista is an onboarding software and marketing company based in San Antonio. The company had a 142% three-year revenue growth rate.
